Shipping Policy
MSPE will do its best to ship orders in a timely manner. Please inspect your order for accuracy and notify us of any discrepancies within 3 business days.

Orders typically ship within 1 – 2 business days FOB Hallsville, MO or manufacturer’s location, dependent on product availability.

Shipping calculations based on Hallsville, MO shipping point.

Shipping is calculated using USPS rates, however, orders may ship via other carrier. You will only pay the final shipping amount calculated during checkout.

Expedited shipping fees only cover the time it takes once order has shipped. It does not cover order processing time. Orders will be processed as quickly as possible.

We currently ship domestic orders only to all 50 states, excluding Kansas. International orders are not accepted.

We currently do not ship truck/LTL orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges in General:

Items are eligible for return, with an RMA number, within 14 business days following shipment. (excluding Warranty items)

Sale items and items marked final are not eligible for return (excluding Warranty items)

Items that have been subject to misuse, misapplication, neglect, alteration, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, fire, improper installation or use, improper maintenance or repair, damage or casualty will not be considered for return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping/packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and notify you of its approval or rejection.
Refunds:

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (excluding Warranty items)

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Orders canceled after shipment will be charged return freight and a restock fee of 25%.
Exchanges:

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (excluding Warranty items)

Items returned due to customer’s ordering error or change of mind will only be eligible for a one-time exchange.
Warranty:

In general, products have a one year warranty period. Warranty coverage does not apply to all products and length of warranty coverage varies depending on the item.

MSPE will exchange items determined to be under warranty with a new or like-new replacement. If a replacement is no longer available, MSPE will provide a comparable item in its place.

Approved warranty items must be returned, freight prepaid, to the address provided in the instructions of the RMA.
RMA Policy
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued through the returns process is mandatory for return eligibility. Returns received without an RMA number clearly marked on the shipment are not eligible for refund. You can start your return at the bottom of this page. After you submit your RMA request, we’ll review and send you an email with an RMA number and instructions for returning your item.
